– What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay through Shopify in its different payment methods.
– How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship out within 10-15 days of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Estimated Average Shipping Times:
– USA &:Canda Up to 5 – 11 Business Days ( Only free shipping USA )
– Rest of the World: Up to 15 – 20 Business Days
IMPORTANT NOTE: ´a David Store´ is not responsible for another country’s taxes or customs charges which may be
imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit.
– Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to tracking information.
– Do International Orders include Duties/Customs Fees?
International orders may be subject to additional duties or custom fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are unfortunately beyond our control.
The order total we provide does not include these duties as they are applied and collected by the destination country’s Customs Office at their discretion. Customs fees are not charged by nor paid to ´a David Store´. As a result, we are unable to refund these fees.
– What is your Return Policy?
Straight refunds are not accepted as these are unique artworks.
The artwork shipping packaging are tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your artwork arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge. We will need to have video or photo evidence of the artwork destroyed then recycled in order to process your replacement.
In order for this to happen, just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to sales@davidarrieta.com
We will happily cover the return shipping for any damaged. Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied.

Return Request Period:
Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of receiving the artwork.Criteria for Returns:
- Returns will be considered exclusively if the materials of the artwork (canvas only) show serious defects, such as tears, irreparable stains, or image distortions that significantly alter the design.
- Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color or other small details that do not affect the integrity of the artwork.
- Returns will not be accepted if the canvas is in perfect condition, as this guarantees the expected quality of the delivered material.
Artist Signature Variations:
Each piece in this limited edition includes the artist’s signature, which may slightly vary in position due to the handcrafted process. If the signature is located outside the expected position, it will not be considered a defect; instead, it will increase the artwork’s uniqueness as part of an extremely limited edition.Returns and Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued. If a return is approved under the mentioned criteria, the artwork will be replaced with another from the same edition, ensuring perfect material condition and quality.
- All reproductions are created exclusively on canvas, guaranteeing the highest quality for our limited editions.
Please carefully inspect your artwork upon receipt and contact our support team if you believe it meets the criteria for a return.
